Hilltop Sunsets

The lodge decks sit high above the valley, facing west over an unbroken run of Hill Country ridges. In the last hour of the day the whole view turns gold, and the sun drops straight onto the horizon line.

It's the simplest ritual the property offers: carry something warm up the stairs, take a rail-side seat, and watch the day end properly.
